Office or WFH?

Stop debates, really... I get so tired when I hear: "what works best is 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home", to see surveys of: "Do you work from home or at the office?" and the famous: “how many days do you go to the office? Vote on LinkedIn reacting with… 👍❤👏💡🤔 ”. (I still don't understand why these people don't create the post directly with the survey function...)

The office should simply be a space that the company puts at your service. If you have to go to meet your goals, you go. If you don't need to go, you don't go. If one day you want to go to work and socialize over coffee, you go.

Lockdowns should have been useful to realize this. But no. There are still too many companies that continue with policies of "one week at the office and another at home" or "2 days a week from home." Either they adapt to a more flexible model or they will hardly be able to retain or attract talent.

I'm not even talking about those companies that don't consider teleworking or have forced employees to go back to the office. I don't think they are happy. Those companies have a serious problem that will explode soon.
